Create Subscriber Form
- Click the subscribers & lists tab
- Click the list you want to create a subscriber form for
- Click the options dropdown
- Choose what you want it to collect
- Enter the success URL
- Click generate code
- Copy the generated code and paste it into your website where you’d like your subscriber form to appear
